Eurostar to Paris, onwards to Epernay

Hi,
I need to book travel for up to 6 people from St Pancreas to Epernay, ideally for as little as possible :-)
No problems with the Eurostar section, but a bit clueless about how to book the next leg. Can anyone recommend a website which will help show options, also if there are any discounts available for group travel etc. Likely to be off peak, travelling out on Friday 22/6, return on Mon 25/6
Thanks
Now proud Mumto3 :j

It's really scenic around Epernay.....did a 10 mile road race a few years ago around the Champagne vineyards.

You won't be able to book the SNCF leg yet, bookings normally open about 3 months prior, but you can set up an email alert with loco2.
Use the Metro to change from Gare Du Nord to Gare de l'Est, then about 1hr 15m to Epernay.
Friday and Monday are busy Eurostar days, especially in June, so off peak won't really apply.
    PS: it's Pancras, not Pancreas.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
