Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all theatre voucher giveaways run on the TheatreDeals.com Facebook and Twitter.
All other expenses associated with the prize such as transport, food and drink which are not included shall be the responsibility of the winner and not TheatreDeals.com
Winners vouchers must be used within 12 months from the date of the prize draw.
The giveaway is only open to persons who are over the age of 18. Employees of Theatre Deals tickets and Encore tickets, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the promotion or helping to set up the promotion shall not be permitted to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw and only one entry will be allowed per participant.
Competitions will run until the dates specified on our social pages unless stated otherwise. In the interest of fairness, winners will be chosen at random.
The winner will be notified via a Direct Message on either Facebook or Twitter. It is the entrants’ responsibility to check their social media messages and notifications in order to be eligible to win and to be subsequently contacted efficiently in the event of a competition win. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and TheatreDeals.com will be entitled to select a replacement winner. That winner will similarly have to respond to the notification sent to them by the promoter within 7 days of that notification being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize.
Once the winner has claimed their prize their full name may be announced on the TheatreDeals.com social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and Google+). The winner will then be required to take and share a photo of their voucher prize to share across our above mentioned social channels.
TheatreDeals.com reserves the right to change or cancel the giveaway and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a happening outside of our control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
TheatreDeals.com will accept no responsibility for entries not received.
No cash alternative to the voucher prizes will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
TheatreDeals.com will not be liable for winners failing to use their vouchers within their validity period or, indeed, at all.
TheatreDeals.com’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1st June 2016.
