hi have written to barclays bank ,nationwide cc and sky card have recieved £155 back from sky (yippeee)but have heard nothing from barclays or nationwide is this normal to wait more than three weeks ?also nationwide loan wrote back and said that the correct procedure had been followed when selling the loan and that we had a month to cancel this after the loan was taken out is this as far as i can go with this 1 ? many thanks tipperdrivers wife x
