The tale of the Polish Priest and other foolery!

Sold a Pink iPod yesterday to a Polish priest did wonder why a Polish priest would want a pink ipod but decided ask no questions and get told no lies
.
Needless to say i have had an email from said father asking why have sent him a Pink iPod when he had bought a camera. His English is not good and I can see this one becoming a saga. I have tried to explain that he must have oerdered in error and to check his confirmation emails and his account.....will have to wait and see.
The first incident today was almost just as weird. I received the following message via email (no mention of delivery, which I had to assume had been made):-
i made a mistake when ordering the one i wanted was Sony XXX.
That was all it said. How am I meant to know who it is from (although I can work that out from email addy), what action he wants taken etc.
I seem to spend half my day sorting out problems like this and chasing up couriers who can't be arsed finding there way to my door, I'm still waiting in some very specific packing material that I need to post out some orders.
Seller broke his neck to post it to me for delivery on Friday still not here so have had to pull about 10 listings which over the weekend had produced great sales in a normally very competitive market.
Arghhh...bang head of desk!!
