Moto G 1st gen giving up

I have had a Moto G 1st gen for almost 4 years.
It has been a faithful old pal but is starting to get slow and I have to keep rebooting.

Biting the bullet and going to splash out on a new smartphone but want something comparable ie sim-free, same spec with memory, camera etc.

Needs to be under £100 as I am very poor.
Any ideas gratefully considered TIA.

Wileyfox have the 8GB Spark at £89, but it is extremely basic. Save another £39 for the SparkX 16 GB. For another £59, the Swift 2.

    All available here:

And they are British, unlocked, SIM-free. Wife and I have had a Spark and a Swift over 18 months, we love them.
I think this job really needs
    a much bigger hammer.

Thank you. I've been looking at those but was put off because I'd never heard of them. Your recommendation makes all the difference.

On your Moto G, have you tried doing a factory reset?

If its going slow it sounds like its due to a software or memory issue rather than hardware failure.
