I bought a new phone three months ago and it developed a fault, took it into Samsung repair center. got an email saying the repair was completed and I could pick the phone up.
When I dropped the phone off they asked for a phone number so my Husband gave his, the guy then took my husbands name and filled it in on the form, my husbands name is also on the letter he gave us with the reference number on it, Will I have any problems picking it up? or would it need to be my Husband seeing as his name is on everything? or will me taking the letter in be ok?

Why not give them a call and ask?
If you have the documentation it shouldn’t be a problem but better to check.====0 -
Can you take his passport or driving licence in as well? That's sufficient for the post office. Otherwise you'll just have to ring first and ask them.0
