    I like that "for new customers" slipped in there. As I was under the impression that it was their old customers who had never changed that were the main problem. I'll feel free to think this is just a bit of spin/non-news & ignore it, unless anyone can prove otherwise.

    Especially with a forename which could be misread as "I am" :(

    I once knew a tax inspector with the same surname :D
