Win Your Wishlist – Terms & Conditions

The competition will commence at 15:00 GMT on 10th November 2017 and all entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 26th November 2017.
Entries are valid if the recipient’s email address is unique, in use and owned by an individual who is not the entrant.
Customers can share their wishlist as many times as they wish. Each valid share via email counts as one entry to the competition.
One winner will be selected at random from valid entries on 27th November 2017.
The winner will be notified via email and will have 14 days to respond, if no contact has been made after that time, the winner will forfeit their prize and another winner will be chosen.
All prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The prize available is the contents of the winner’s wishlist with a maximum of £1000 worth of jewellery from astleyclarke.com.
International customers are able to participate in this competition. International entrants will receive jewellery in their wishlist with value of up to £1000 based on the current exchange rate of their preferred currency at the time of participation.
No entrants can be employees or associated with of any of the participating companies.
The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control or if it considers necessary to do so in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
The winner's name will be available 28 days after the closing date by writing to the following address: Astley Clarke, 6 Junction Mews, London, W2 1PN.

Anyone who entered this, the person you sent your wish list to did they get an e-mail? nothing seems to have gone through when I did mine so not sure if entered or not.
