I assume you have a 2 rate meter. The times are as in the map but if you do not have a radio switch the built in timer could be wildly out. The only real way to find out is to watch the meter and see when it changes over.0 -
I don't know what the meter is its just a mechanical thing, a black box with a disc that turns and numbers that click round0

Your bill will show if you are on a 2 rate tariff, the MPAN shown on your bill will give the profile of your supply, you need the first 2 digits to be 02 to be a dual rate supply. If you are not you will need to get the meter changed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meter_Point_Administration_Number0
