You can safely ignore the debt collector letters, but if they bother you, It may also be worth writing to the DC too, simply stating "The debt is denied, please refer back to your principal".
Don't bother going into any further detail, they won't care, but if SP have indeed cancelled the 'debt' but are too !!!!less to clean up the mess they made, they should at least be able to confirm it to the DC if they ask.3.6 kW PV in the Midlands - 9x Sharp 400W black panels - 6x facing SE and 3x facing SW, Solaredge Optimisers and Inverter. 400W Derril Water (one day). Thanks. I actually phoned them yesterday and they took details and said they would put the case on hold until they spoke to SP. No confirmation call back though. Will write to SP (again).0

I just noticed the forum software auto-censored a legitimate word to describe 'lacking initiative' because the first four letters match a similarly inoffensive word that begins with F and ends in k. :think:3.6 kW PV in the Midlands - 9x Sharp 400W black panels - 6x facing SE and 3x facing SW, Solaredge Optimisers and Inverter. 400W Derril Water (one day).
