Number Porting to Vodafone

Hi All,

This situation is crazy. My husband was with 3 but wanted to change to Vodafone and was told by the @!x?!s at Phones4U that he could port his number over within 6 months of taking out the contract.

He got the PAC from 3 and contacted Vodafone, who said that they couldn't do it as the contract had already started. Which wasn't what Phones4U had said.

Hubby doesn't want to loose his number (had it for years - is really memorable) and would like to get something sorted as he is currently paying for 2 contracts.

Any suggestions?

I'm afraid F4U have lied, you will need to take it up with them and have a right Moan!! You will have to come out of the contract and start a new one up, the only time you can port a number onto a contract is right at the beginning, but F4U are right ones of lying, they always do it to hit their targets etc etc.

It's nt going to be easy, but you gotta moan like you have never moaned before!!!!
