Barclaycard balance transfer fee refund

Hi I opened a barclaycard 32 month 0% balance transfer card a week ago, so far everything has gone great, the balance from my other card has been transferred and I have revieved my card, only problem is that they were supposed to initially charge a 3.5% fee which then reduces to 0.6% when they refund the difference. Does anyone know how long this refund takes? On the website it says 2 days after balance has been transferred but it has now been 4. Thanks

My transfer fee refund appeared 9 days after my balance transfer. I'm not sure how long it should have taken though.You should pay attention to the needs of the moment - otherwise there is no future. But to ignore the future is foolish - living solely for the moment leaves nothing for when the next moment arrives.0

I did about 6 transfers from different cards .... a couple took two/three days ... one took a couple of weeks and the others around a week.
For my offer ... the website also said that the fee would be refunded within two days of transfer .... but when I contacted BC by phone and message ... asking about different transfers .... I was given different timeframes both times! ... one saying a week and the other saying within 28 days ... and my saying " ... but the website states within 2 days" was just dismissed ...
BC support seems to be India based ... and not that good ...0
