Hi, can anyone advise me please. I am due to receive 60k in inheritance for myself and my daughter. I am a single mother of 1 child age 13 and claim working and child tax credit. will i lose both my tax credits. tia

Inheritance isn't income for tax credit purposes. However any interest you receive on it over £300 per annum must be declared.0
