Resolver PPI checker tool query

Hi, I am looking at reclaiming PPI from Lloyds (was Lloyds TSB), and only have paper work for the final bill, so have account number. I am using the Resolver claim tool and am trying to use the PPI checker tool (link) to check if there was PPI on the credit card.

When it says Who is your complaint with? I start to type Lloyds and there is no option from the drop down for this. Am I missing something? Did Lloyds use another company for its PPI, if so who? Any help is appreciated.

Many thanks
.....

Why don't you go direct to Lloyds? They have a complaint tool on their website.

Lloyds Bank took on liability for all historic Lloyds, TSB and Lloyds TSB business. I havent used the tool and wouldn't (making the complaint straight to Lloyds is quicker). However, Lloyds Bank should be in there.

No point asking on the forum about Resolver issues, if you have a problem with Resolver contact that company.

A more direct approach would be to contact Lloyds...
