Joint (as a couple) JSA application how affected if I get a job

Me and my husband have both been made redundant from our small business as it's in liquidation. We applied for JSA as a couple (it might be referred to as a joint claim I can't remember but anyway it's both of us and only one of us as to sign on).
Anyway, I was just thinking...what happens if one of us gets a job? Does the other just reapply as an individual?
Guess our CTC would go though as our household income would have gone up. Is there a limit under which you still get something?
Thank you x
