Rights after paying deposit

Hi all,
I have recently paid a deposit on a new build turnkey house in a development in Northern Ireland, UK. The only problem is that the developer has changed the colour of the PVC windows compared to those in the online brochure - now white instead of brown which is what I wanted. The house is not yet built but the developer is saying I cannot have the brown windows which they originally advertised but will have white instead. Do I have any rights to insist on the brown pvc windows?
