Am I entitled to delivery fees returning a faulty item that I bought online?

For example if you only ordered 1 item, you had the right to reject & you exercised that right within the first 6 months, they need to refund all monies paid.
If you ordered multiple items and the original P&P was per order (rather than per item) it gets a bit more complex.
ETA: The underlying sentiment is that the party not in breach should not be any worse off for having entered the contract (but also there is no entitlement to betterment) so it can be a fine balancing act.
Single item order, item developed fault within couple weeks, returned to company and they have refunded but not the postage, not sure if I am entitled to original postage or just postage I paid to return item.0 -

Then yes, it should be a full refund.
Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act states:(10)To the extent that the consumer paid money under the contract, the consumer is entitled to receive back the same amount of money.
(15)A refund under this section must be given without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days beginning with the day on which the trader agrees that the consumer is entitled to a refund.
(16)If the consumer paid money under the contract, the trader must give the refund using the same means of payment as the consumer used, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

Yes, no, maybe. It would be easier to give you a better answer to this question if we knew what the question you want to ask is (but don't ask it in this thread, start a new one of your own).0 -
I have started a new a thread. Didn't want to post the question in this one.0

Is this the question you're referring to?
