    We're paying 0.75% including VAT, and were quoted that by 2 different EAs. The one we went with openly advertise their rate and it is the same for everyone. One said they were having to get a bit cheaper to compete with the online EAs.

    Most expensive we were quoted was a flat fee of £2500 + VAT to sell a £220-30k house. This is in the South East.

    We managed to negotiate £2500 inc VAT on our house listed at £430k in the South East.
