PPI claiming if involved in an IVA?

Hi Newbie here and was wondering if it's worth putting in a claim for PPI if I have been involved in an IVA?
The IVA finished a few years ago nut was wondering if I put in a claim and it was found that I was owed money, would any payout go to my ex creditors or could I keep any?
Also if I put in a claim would it be possible to search just on my old addresses alone as I have had a mortgage and various loans and credit cards etc but cannot remember who they were with?
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated!
Thanks in advance
