Evening all. New guy here:)
Hopefully somebody can help me out here. Have searched everywhere and can't find a solid answer.
Basically, I started my ESA claim February 14th 2017. My medical assessment was pushed forward 3 times and only yesterday I had the interview. Up until now, I've been recieving the £53ish a week assessment rate. Let's say for example I am placed in the support group ESA tomorrow and I'm paid from the 14th week would I be paid my rate of ESA support group for every week after the 13 weeks? Or is the £53 a week taken off and I'm paid the difference between the £53 and the money i will be paid from now on? Been seeing a few different answers and its all a bit confusing.
Thanks in advance all.

You will get the difference between the assessment rate and the support group backdated to week 14. From then on it would be the higher rate.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

It will be difference that will be backdated.
Support group Conts is about £109.65
Support group IR is about 125.55
WRAG Conts or IR is £102.
You will get the difference, I expect you are on about £57
Also it will be week 14 from the first date of payment.
If you had 7 waiting days it will be 14th week from day 8
If you had no waiting days it will be week 14 from day 1.0
