Hi hope someone can help me, or at least put my mind at ease
Have received a letter from the Court,
not sure what the below mean
1. The Claim be stayed generally pending the final outcome of the OFT proceedings.
2. Permission to Claimant to apply within 7 days of service of this order
3. Hearing be vacated.
Hope somebody out there can help, haven't been worried until now, thanks for all your help and advice throughout all of this

Basically, what the Court is telling you is that you are in the same boat as the rest of us. They have cancelled any hearing you had and have stayed your claim until after the oft test case.0
