I'm currently figuring out whether to apply for planning permission for a house or two in the rear garden. The only problem is the larger part of the garden, a paddock is outside of the settlement boundaries.
Does anyone know if it would be feasible to get planning for the houses themselves to be inside the settlement boundaries but then have the back gardens of those houses outside the settlement boundary so that those houses could have a back garden?
