Now even getting letters to tell me I haven't won a competition!!

Did anyone else get a letter from the Vegetarian Society, saying they hadn't won hand cream?

    Not had that one. But you've reminded me of an MSE comper who got a 'junk mail' catalogue in the post, luckily read the letter with it which said wtteo "Congratulations, you've won £1000 of appliances, please choose from our catalogue". I always check now!

    I think that was me!


    The big brown window envelope was from Curry's, and as I was sure it was rubbish almost threw it in the bin unopened.


    Luckily I decided to check first, and it was a congratulations letter saying I had won £1000 to spend on a new oven.


    I definitely check both postal and email spam these days.

    heard someone had the same with a holiday catalogue, letter in the midlde saying they won a big voucher. Always check now too.

    yes, I did too and I made a paper plane and it flew into the bin! :)

    Is this from postal comps or just any that require an address? I'm yet to have any competition related letter come through the post but I shall live in hope haha
