But i have never registered with ebay and dont anything about it.

In panic i responded back but e-mail bounced back. So what shall i do.

It was spam / phishing - flush it into your spam folder or, better still, report it to ebay/paypal - send the file as an attachment complete with headers to [EMAIL="spoof@paypal.com"]spoof@paypal.com[/EMAIL].

WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT EVER REPLY TO THIS TYPE OF EMAIL

Opps sorry you already have - hopefully you will be lucky but what happens is that they now know that there is a real person at the other end of the email address that was systematically generated and happened to be yours. That email address will then be added to a list of genuine addresses, sold on, bombarded.
