Hello, has anyone had any success in reclaiming their Next Directory PPI?
I am currently going through the process with the underwriters (Phoenix PAGI) and would appreciate hearing if others have been through the same.

Lots of people have complained to every provider, some were successful and others were not.
Since each complaint is individual to each customer, there is little to be gained from the experience of others, especially if you have already submitted your complaint.
However, a forum search will bring up a huge thread with dozens of posts about Next PPI complaints.0
