Channel 5 Cricket Competition to watch England V West Indies at Edgbaston on 19th and 20th August 2017
Additional Terms and Conditions

1) The prize comprises:
a) Standard class return rail travel from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Birmingham, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the hotel;
b) Private taxi transfer from the train station in Birmingham to the prize winner’s choice of either the hotel for a bag drop or direct to Edgbaston for the match on 19th August only;
c) Private taxi transfer from the hotel to the train station in Birmingham on 21st August;
d) Two nights’ accommodation for two at Hotel La Tour on a bed and breakfast basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a double/twin room (nights of 19th and 20th August 2017 – checking out from the hotel on 21st August 2017);
e) Hospitality for two in the Warwickshire Suite for Day 3 (Saturday 19th August 2017) and Day 4 (Sunday 20th August 2017) of the England v West Indies 1st Investec Test Match at Edgbaston, including:
1. Padded premium seats on the Warwickshire Suite balcony
2. All-inclusive bar including a premium choice of selected wines, beers and spirits
3. Four-course a la carte lunch
4. Afternoon tea
5. Evening snacks
6. International cricketer in attendance
7. Hostess service
2) The prize is on set dates and must be taken between 19th and 21st August 2017. The cricket tickets are for 19th August 2017 and 20th August 2017 only. No other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that the prize winner and/or their companions are available to travel on these dates in order to take the prize. Entrance to Edgbaston is subject to venue restrictions – please refer to the Edgbaston/Warwickshire County Cricket Club website for specific venue restrictions https://www.eticketing.co.uk/edgbaston/staticpages/termsandconditions.aspx;
3) If the match does not take place for any reason (such as but not limited to poor weather or because the game has finished), the prize winner can still take the accommodation for two at the hotel on the dates specified, but no alternative match tickets or hospitality will be provided.
4) The prize winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
5) Where the prize winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking the prize. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
6) The prize excludes transfers between the prize winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, additional transfers, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferable.
8) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
