Joint ESA worried she's going to not share my half

Hi,
This is my first post so I hope I'm doing everything right.
My partner and me (living together not married) look like were about to break up. With the tone of things, I'm concerned she may not pay my half of our joint ESA claim next payment which is vital to me as I've been left with nothing. We used to share our online banking account's and share money between them. We also shared all of our money but due to me getting concerned about this, I've since realised she's changed her online banking details (I guess she has every right to).
What do I do if I don't receive my half?
Surely its fraud?
That ESA claim is paying for the HB on this flat which is in my name (I had it before she moved in).
Thanks guys

ESA doesn't pay housing benefit? They are separate benefits.
it's not fraud to not give you your half. You are a couple living together.
If you are no longer a couple you need to end the claim, and claim separately (and stop living together)0 -

ESA for joint couples doesn't come in halves. So you are due nothing. If you are no longer a couple it is fraud to claim as if you are, not fraud if she doesn't give you half.
As has been said ESA doesn't pay HB or your rent - you've got your wires crossed somehow. If you're unsure about what you're claiming you really need to find out.Master Apothecary Faranell replied, “I assure you, overseer, the Royal Apothecary Society dearly wishes to make up for the tragic misguidance which ended so many lives. If the account is joint, then your log in details to it should still stand.0

Maybe they are actually claiming Universal Credit?Debt on 25/5/17

Secured loan approximately[STRIKE] £20,000[/STRIKE] £19,353
Unsecured debt in DMP with Stepchange[STRIKE] £38,887[/STRIKE] £37,7630 -
Call up the existing claims line and tell them when you have broken up. They will then split your claims so they are separate again and you will be paid your money into your own accoubt0

This is so massively oversimplified it's not even funny...0 -
It's not fraud but it's potentially abuse if OP is vulnerable. Not nearly enough information to ascertain if this is the case, but if it is the local police will have a vulnerable persons officer who can advise.
marliepanda is spot on about splitting the claims, it's not nearly that simple. Whoever is the main claimant for ESA would need to revert to a single claim, and the other person will need a new claim of their own (for whatever benefit they are entitled to).0 -

Wouldn't it be lovely if it actually worked like this!!!
But it doesn't.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -

This is the DWP you are talking about. Nothing is ever that simple!0
