Home and Away Competition 3 (2017) – Additional Terms and Conditions

1) The prize comprises:
Return economy class flights for four people (up to a maximum value of £1,000 each) from either a London airport to an international airport in Australia or from an international airport in Australia to a London airport. The recipients of the prize shall either be the prize winner and three guests, where the flight destination is in Australia, or four persons nominated by the prize winner to travel from Australia to the UK (the “Prize Recipients”).
2) The Prize Recipients must book their flights within 28 days of the date of the congratulations e-mail from Element to the prize winner and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The flights must be taken and completed by 30 June 2018. Flights are subject to availability and the final routing will be decided by the prize provider. Stopovers may be possible but a maximum of one stopover will be permitted at the prize provider’s sole discretion.
4) The Prize Recipients must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation required for entry to their chosen destination. It is the responsibility of the Prize Recipients to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companions.
5) The Prize Recipients must depart and return to the same Australian/UK airport.
6) The Prize Recipients will be asked to provide three dates in different months when they would like to take the flights.
7) Travel insurance is not included in the prize and it is the Prize Recipients’ responsibility to arrange suitable cover for themselves.
8) One of the Prize Recipients must be over the age of 18. It is the responsibility of the Prize Recipients to ensure that they adhere to the local laws in Australia or the UK. It is highly recommended that the Prize Recipients obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.
9)The prize excludes accommodation, transfers, meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
10) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
11) There is a cash alternative for unused portions of the prize. There is no refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
12) Any amendments made by the Prize Recipients after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the Prize Recipients.
