Competition phone numbers

hello everybody, I missed a couple of phone calls this afternoon from an 0203 number and a 0333 number and I'm worried I missed out on possible competitio wins. Noticed it said Manchester on one of them. Could it just be rubbish?

if you pop the phone number into google it will bring up sites that will tell you who they are. Ive had a 0333 today that was selling life insurance so may be the same one
