DJI Spark Drone Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

Geographical restrictions: UK and Republic of Ireland residents only
Competition opening and closing dates: Opens 14th June 2017 and ends at midnight on 21st June 2017. Entries after this time will not be counted.

The competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents ("Entrants"), excluding employees of Maplin Electronics Limited (the "Promoter") (and their families) and the Promoter's associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
To submit an entry to this competition the ENTRANT is required to:
Complete the Survey (https://goo.gl/forms/7hAFGLuvkZ1TngsR2) and tick the box saying they would like to enter the competition to win the DJI Spark drone
By entering this competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and any such amendments shall be published within our Competition Terms and Conditions.
The competition commences on 14th June 2017 and ends at midnight on 21st June 2017 inclusive.
Entries after this time will not be counted.

Entrants may only enter once and must be aged 18 or over.
One competition winner will receive a prize from DJI.
The winner will receive:
1 x DJI Spark Drone
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative.
Entries will be judged.
The winner will be announced on Thursday 22nd June 2017.
The winner will be notified by Email.
Winners who entered via social media will be required to send their delivery details to us via email response within 7 days of being notified that they have won.
If for any reason a winner does not reply to their message within 7 days the Promoter will redraw a new winner.
The Promoter may in its absolute discretion disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties, collective entries or multiple entries will be disqualified.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Upon request, the surname and county of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to FAO Customer Communications Department, Maplin Electronics, Brookfields Way, Rotherham, S63 5DL. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the selection of winners.
By entering the competition you allow the promoters to contact you with further information on this competition as well as other offers.

English law applies to these terms and conditions.
By submitting any entry to Maplin, you represent and permit that:
you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;
all content that you post is correct;
use of the content you supply does not infringe these Terms
You shall not submit any entry:
that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
that infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
You agree to assure and hold Maplin (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable legal fees, arising out of a breach of your representations or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
