Cheap and reliable broadband

I've got dial up internet at the moment and need to order broadband. I'm looking to pay up to £15 per month and want the broadband to be reasonably fast and have a fairly high download capacity. Can anyone recommend a company? I'm tied into a contract with BT for the phone and calls for 12 months now so I need stand alone broadband.
