I have been tying very hard to pay off my mortgage. I will soon be almost at the end of my mortgage. I have to pay a 5% fee for any payments over my limit. My limit is £500 more than my direct debit which is £738.11.

My mortgage is currently £3868.99. I will be paying off £3000 of this . I will have to pay £150 in fees to do this. Then will have little more than one more direct debit on 12th June.
