Picnic broadband has been announced by Sky together with a new Digital Terrestrial Television service.
Broadband will be based on Sky's existing offering, the DTT service will be subscription based with Sky offering Sky Movies SD1, Sky 1 and Sky sports 1.
There will also be a telephone service similar to Sky Talk.
