Agreed providing you can get though the security checks on your number, e.g. PIN, password et.

Glad I'm not the only one who's done that - even worse, I found mine in the bag I'd already repeatedly searched.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • You'll just need to buy a new handset and SIM and ask them to transfer the number over, only problem is, it could take up to 30 days to transfer. You could ask them to set up a divert for you on your old number to your new number while you wait for the transfer to go through. Doesn't cost anything for a divert. :-)

Rubbish the Orange system simply sends out a SIM update usually straight away and the old account including credit, settings will be on the new SIM!

  • I said it COULD take up to 30 days... lucky you for knowing so much better. I was trying to help. Not that it matters that i've worked 3 yrs for 2 different mobile companies, they all have different attributes don't they... I only said COULD take up to 30 days and the divert thing was simply a suggestion INCASE it took that long. Just suggestion - like you... don't rubbish it.
