I am keen on trying a bt stooze but have a question before i apply for any credit cards. I currently have a MBNA credit card with a nil balance that has not been used for at least 2 years.Should i cancel this card before applying for other cards or declare that i have one crdit card on application forms?Which would have an impact on my credit rating ? Any advice would be appreciated

Phone them up ask for customer retention department and request a good 0% offer before closing the card.If they are unwilling or you don't get the offer you would like then close the card and go for another card company.
Having one or two current cards should not affect your application.
