Visit Northumberland
Brown Rigg Lodges are set in a peaceful, rural location surrounded by 24 acres of open countryside and woodland, with uninterrupted views of the Northumberland National Park.

Each of the four lodges have been tastefully converted from the once famous, Brown Rigg School, and sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. All benefit from a spacious and comfortable open plan kitchen, dining and living area – perfect for the whole family or a group of friends! The outside living area is just as impressive with a barbecue area and a large courtyard for playing swing ball and basketball.

If that wasn’t enough, there is also a private games field where you can play football and cricket!

With Kielder Water and Hadrian’s Wall just a stone’s throw away from Brown Rigg, pack a picnic and go experience what these popular charms of Northumberland have to offer. Or, after a jam-packed day of exploring the beautiful National Park, you can hang those muddy walking boots up in your very own dedicated drying room which houses a washing machine and airing racks.

Nestled inside the Northumberland International Dark Sky Park, step outside your lodge after dark, or gaze out of your window to see the pristine skies and magical star constellations.

Brown Rigg is great for children of all ages and welcomes dogs so come and create a holiday to remember.

:)
