I think that my husband and I may have had PPI with various bank loans and mortgages over the years. They date back to the 70's up to 2004 when my husband passed away. Unfortunately I no longer have any paperwork and cannot remember all of the companies we dealt with. Does anyone know if I can do anything about this and/or am I too late?
Many thanks

PPI was a product from mid-late 80s, you cannot have had it in the 70s
After that you need to ring the bank or finance companies you can think of and ask them. Do note 13 years after the account being closed the chances are they have deleted the old recordsSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
