toyota ppi

Looking for advice on toyota car ppi.bought a car in 2005 from charles hurst belfast.have enquired about ppi in the repayments.have been told that because 6 years have passed they do not keep records.as i sold the car in 2010 i also have no records.any ideas on a way forward

    You have no records they have none = Brick wall
    You would have to have some proof of a miss sale for them to uphold a valid complaint . You dont get it back just because you paid it. As above, forget about it

    If they could, what complaint reason(s) do you have, why do you feel it was mis-sold?

    I was in full employment at the time and the company i worked for provided full sick pay for a good period and redundacy was covered.if ppi hd been explained i would have known that i didnt require it s i was wel covered.

    That just indicates that you were eligible for the insurance. Redundancy payments are not guaranteed.
