Help what do i do Item not as Described

Hi All,

I brought a Nokia Phone of Ebay..

This phone was described as, this is taken from the listing.

bout 1 year old . good as new , no scratches . comes in original box with instructions and software cd .

Gets Phone and there are lots of scratches on back of phone, with scratches on front too.

Now I paid £50 for this phone, item listing number is 250167354732

What would you do, I was expecting a phone hardly used and in As New Conditon as described.

Thanks in advance for any replies what do i do ?

Personally, I would mail them telling them the problem etc. and ask what they are going to do about it.

If he's no help I would mail them again saying that you will file a dispute etc.

Then wait to see what his reply is, if not helpful again I would file a dispute.

Although if he doesn't reply fast enough and takes longer than 5-7 days, I would skip to the last step!

The seller is offering a 7 day return policy if you are not happy so ask if you can return it for a refund. He may want to give you a partial refund as compensation but this is up to you. If you do return it use recorded or preferably special delivery.
