SIPP investment in commercial property

I'm looking to set up a SIPP with funds from existing pensions that are not final salary schemes. There might be £100K in total. I'm a chartered surveyor and know a bit about commercial property. I therefore want to invest in property and manage myself. I have found SIPPs from Suffolk and Stnd Life that will manage it for me (at great cost no doubt) but are there any SIPPs out there where I can manager it myself? I understand that the fund could borrow up to 50% of its value and so I should £150K to invest.
