1) The prize comprises a three (3) night stay at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London being offered for two (2) people including; Standard class return rail travel for two from the train station nearest the prize winner’s address to London to the maximum value of £200 (total), London Travel Cards for two people covering zones 1-4 for the duration of the stay, three (3) nights’ accommodation in a superior king room, daily breakfast, a (1) two course evening meal with a bottle of wine (house wine) in the Booking Office Restaurant on one evening and a Kings Cross Walking Tour. Should the winner prefer to drive themselves then a petrol allowance up to a maximum of £200 (total) will be offered and the rail tickets will be forfeited.
2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
3) The prize must be taken before 29th March 2018 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 14th to 17th April 2017, 28th April to 1st May 2017, 26th to 29th May 2017, 25th to 28th August 2017, 20th December 2017 to 2nd January 2018, 14th February 2018 and 11th March 2018. The stay must be completed within the timeframe stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.
4) Booking is subject to availability.
5) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
