Been a customer with PlusNet years and now got new contract with them for 2 yrs with evening and weekend calls which started on 10th March. They said I would get a new router which I have not received as yet. I cannot leave message on member centre for them to reply to my enquiry. I got 14 days to change my mind. Not sure if I got good deal with them as existing customers.
I wanted to know if 'free numbers' are allow anytime on evening and weeks calls package.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated:T

    Also as plusnet seems to have no one avail to answer phone does anyone know if their 0800 0300 number are free please

    Calls to all 0800 numbers, both from landlines and mobiles, are now free

    Thanks for reply as I got no reply from plusnet I am going to leave they got no customers services and can be over an hr waiting on phone to get a person for advice. Could not go on for 2 years like that :eek:

    I thought 45 minutes in January was bad enough. It was only about 20 minutes last October.
