Contact them has as been suggested let them know you don't want the agreement or you will have to clear the balance.
I assume this card is still active as you owe a balance, does PPI show on the statements you get each month?.
  • It does not show on balance but recall cancelling it in the past after discussing it with an advisor. I have no intention of using the card again. Balance being paid monthly.

The reason for cancelling, depending on why you cancelled, may be good for a mis sell reason, get in touch with them, you have the account number that is all you need with the reasons for mis sell.
  • If they cannot prove I did not have any PPI claim, do I just let it go?
It doesn't work that way. As the complainant, it is you who must provide proof that you did pay PPI along with a valid reason to complain it was mis-sold. Obviously, if the bank has records which show PPI was paid then you don't have to provide that proof. Otherwise, you'd need documentation from your own archive.

Your first priority, though, is to make them aware that you requested your Agreement chasing a potential PPI complaint. They should then confirm or deny whether their records show you had it.
  • Barclaycard online form has the same information as the fosq so either will be useful. Sending a template letter doesn't give you anymore chance of getting anything back
