Muppet lawyers Hurley and Davies claim against non-existent vehicle

The story of a car that was registered with the DVLA ON THE July 31st 2015.
AS Parking ticketed the vehicle on the 29th of May 2015
In August 2015 AS PARKING requested the keeper details from the DVLA
On December 31st, a Notice of Discontinuance was filed with the court.
The incompetence of Gladstones is beyond belief, how on earth can the DCLG think they are a suitable ATA is also beyond belief

We should not be too hard on Hapless Hurley and Dismal Davies. After all they are probably far too busy sending out discontinuation notices and taking angry phone calls from parking companies to spend any time on court cases.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
