Viagogo U2 tickets

I need help! I bought 2 tickets through Viagogo to see U2 in July. Through the hype and excitement of seeing U2 live I made a purchase that I regret. I wanted a refund, but learned they don't do refunds. only to resell them on their site, which I did. I have just rechecked these tickets and they have sold now. But I never got the tickets sent to me, now they are asking to send the tickets on ! I am now panicing and shaking as I cant talk to anyone or phone anyone to ask how does this work!! I am so stressed I cant think straight. please someone help me.

Tickets for concerts are not normally issued until a week before the event, this is intended to stop the touting of tickets. You need to inform your buyer that you will send them the tickets as soon as they are issued to you and that this is standard procedure for such large live events.
If your buyer does not accept this, then you need only to put them back in the position that they was before buying the tickets, which would mean giving them a refund.0 -

I think the issue is that the OP has bought them from Viagogo so in essence he is waiting for the tickets to be sent to the person they bought the tickets from...Dwy galon, un dyhead,
Dwy dafod ond un iaith,
Dwy raff yn cydio’n ddolen,
Dau enaid ond un taith.0 -

It doesn't alter the essence of what fleshandbone said, it just means that there's an extra link in the chain, although of course that means a higher risk that the tickets won't get to the end user in time.0
