gas boiler installation & service

hi all,
looking for people thoughts etc on a problem I have.
at the end of 2015 we had a new boiler fitted (condenser replacing combination ). As the boiler is in our basement without easy access to drainage etc for the condensate, the use of a soak away was suggested and used.
Anyway fast forward to 2017 and we have had the first service as required by Worcester bosch to comply with their warranty. everything ok so far.
We have been refurbing a bedroom and had a radiator off the wall,so last night I was refilling the radiator so had to bleed the system and put more pressure into the system. at the same time the good lady commented that two bulbs were out in the bathroom. not a problem we store the spare bulbs in the boiler cupboard, anyway I found one ok and started rummaging for another and found the shelf below the boiler was all wet. on further investigation I found that the drain for the condensate had been plumbed from the outside up to the boiler but the last elbow and straight had not been added so it had basically been emptying into the cupboard.
obviously I am going to be on the phone to them first thing in the morning. but is the connection of the condensate plumbing something that should have been on their commissioning checklist and also surely you would check this on a service as well.
just wondering how much I can push them tomorrow
