Mddasafish driving customers Mad from poor customer service

Six months ago I chose the broadband provider Madasafish because they had a good reputation for customer service and MoneySavingExpert listed them as having a good price.
I paid by direct debit.
In July of this year I decided to change my current account from Natwest to Nationwide, because Natwest kept losing important correspondence.
Because I wanted to retain the current account at Natwest for future purposes, I switched all of my Direct Debits manually by contacting my service providers.
So I went on to the Madasafish website and changed my direct debit details. BUT, each time I double checked, the details were incorrect and I had to resubmit: I did this four times.
Then I received an email from Madasafish letting me know that they had not been able collect my direct debit.
So I phoned their customer services and gave my direct debit details over the telephone, I was then told that I would have to make a Card payment [there and then] or my service would be suspended.
Two weeks later: I have now received an invoice from Madasafish for next month which states that they do not have my direct debit details. Upon inspecting the Madasafish website, they have no details for my direct debit. I have re-entered my details, clicked submit, and guess what: the details have come back incorrect and different from how I entered them.
I'm coming to the conclusion that Madasafish are a bunch of cretins who I need to dump as soon as possible.
The embarrassing thing is that I have recommended them to friends.

Hi Jbr165,
I've got to apologise here as it sounds like something isn't working properly on our side. Could you please PM me your Madasafish username and I'll get someone to investigate?
Thank you
Kind regards,
