I seem to be opting for curry choices for breakfast, remids me of being a student again!
I've got a fair bit more to lose than you at 4 stone:eek:
Its really easy but as us serial dieters know its all about your head, if thats in the right place we're good to go.
Today I've had:
10g of oats with half a greek yogurt and ten raspberries
Bolognese with courgettini
Two sausages, cauliflower, leeks with a couple of spoonfulsof gravy
Skinny latte
When I increase my calorie intake this is going to be so easy!"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
Your post made me chuckle Pastures New....I would eat that in between the proper family meals I !make from scratch.
I've tried the smaller plate Teddysmum, reverse psychology as I went back for seconds and probably ate more than I would have done originally!0 -

Not too bad, second weigh in officially on Tuesday but as well as being a serial dieter I'm also a serial scale hopper, currently 8lb down.
Today I've had a milky coffee, big bowl of homemade veg soup, chicken breast with half a cauliflower and two courgettes.
I know there are some that would berate me for doing this on 800 calories a day but its relatively easy and I have eaten more veg in the last 12 days than I probably did in the whole last three months of last year. That can never be a bad thing.
Its naturally bringing my Blood Pressure down as well, I take medication and even with that my BP is normally around 135/95, i have taken it three times this week and its around 115/80. If I can keep with this way of eating I could come off my BP meds for good!"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
I saw this diet on some telly programme a week or so ago.
Is it three ready meals a day or just one for dinner?Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
