Capital one end of bt period letter

Just had a letter from capital one saying the iterest free bt period ends on 24th Sep. They appologise that the letter wasn't sent out earlier and to call a number if I felt disadvantaged.
Seems a bit like they aren't joining in the sport by giving a warning but is very fair of them. Anyone waiting for that letter should be aware it might be late.

I thought it finished on 19th so it's already cleared. Better than I normally do, I'm usually a month ahead.

Now finished all bt cards. Did apply for a natwest one but they asked for proof of earning and such and I decided that was too much trouble - expecially as I bank with them and they should already have the info.

A wise decision! Despite applying a month ago, and sending them proof of earnings as requested, they tell me it'll still be another 10 working days before there underwriters get round to processing it.
