BT Mobile - Retentions
Hi all,
My OH is currently with BT Mobile and is on their unlimited mins, texts and 20GB data for £21pm and we are wondering if she would likely get a deal if she rings them up. Has anyone successfully received anything in the way of a retentions deal with BT?
We are thinking of ringing them up and mentioning the Virgin Media deal (5000 mins, unlimited texts and 20GB data for £15pm) and see if they will budge on the £21pm.
